Who we are

Our company was founded in March 2015 with the main goal to devote exclusively to the development of our own new innovative and advanced technologies and products, as well as new innovative and advanced technologies and products of the prominent people who are our close friends and business partners.

Since its founding, our company has carried out several very important jobs in Serbia, Bosnia, South Africa, Zambia, Sudan, Russia, etc. Also, we had very successful two-year cooperation in Serbia (2015 - 2017) with the large and reputable Chinese state-owned company “Nuctech”. In South Africa, we have two active and long-term contracts signed with "Vatra Fire Solutions" (Pty) Ltd. Company, which the reputable South African „Foresta Timber & Board" (Pty) Ltd. company from Alrode (Johannesburg) specifically established in order to deal with our two programs.

All our current as well as future clients and business partners have our highly skilled teams of experts at their disposal, as a guarantee of successful implementation of all our innovative and advanced technologies and products.

Our management team and associates intensively conduct activities on placement of our technologies and products in the countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, and also in USA and Australia. We expect to achieve stable cooperation with most of these countries in 2020 and the coming years.

Nedeljko Dzudzelija, B.Sc. was born in 1952 in Belgrade where he graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, Serbia. He has been successful in business for over four decades. He has done many very complex commercial and investment jobs around the world. In the last almost two decades, he has paid particular attention to the defining, development and practical application of new innovative and advanced technologies and products, which has been achieved through the participation of specialized teams of experts. Some of these technologies and products are presented in this web site. In the final stage, there is an elaboration of several new innovative and advanced technologies and products that will be presented to the interested clients during this 2020 year.

Ivan Dzudzelija, B.Sc.

Ivan Dzudzelija, B.Sc. was born in 1982 in Belgrade where he graduated from the Faculty for International Management, European University from Belgrade, Serbia. Seasoned professional with more than 10 years of experience in sales and new business development. He is a great team leader, a great team player, reliable, resourceful, goal oriented and strategic thinker. He has organized logistics regarding technologies and products presentations and demonstration tests in Serbia and abroad, has developed partner network in Serbia and abroad, and he plays an important role in negotiations with potential clients in order to establish business cooperation with affiliate partners, etc.
