After several conversations and getting to know our innovative, advanced, tested, certified, some of them are patented, technologies and products, we signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) on January 3rd, 2023 with reputable IRSUD Holding from Buenos Aires, Argentina, that is an international organization which business is focused in processing, trading and marketing of agricultural commodities, metals, minerals and energy. In this way, IRSUD accept the obligation to engage intensively in providing reputable and reliable business partners in Argentina as well as in other countries of South and Central America for our technologies and products. We would like to express our special thanks to Mr. Leonardo Damian Diaz, Ph.D. - President of IRSUD.
We take this opportunity to inform our friends, current and potential future business partners that on August 10th, 2023, we signed Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) with JSC “URANIUM ONE GROUP” (U1G) which is an international group of companies, part of TENEX (an organization of ROSATOM) and the world’s fourth-largest uranium producer with a diverse portfolio of assets worldwide, including the ones in Kazakhstan, Tanzania, Namibia, etc. U1G is responsible for ROSATOM’s uranium production outside the Russian Federation.
Our satisfaction is all the greater because we signed this NDA at the initiative of
U1G. Their expert team of geologists and mining specialists suggested this after
a detailed analysis of our geophysical method electromagnetic prospecting, i.e. our system “LWUD-15 (Long Wave Universal Detector) which is used for geological surveys (for exploratory examinations of new deposits of ores, minerals, oil, oil shale, coal, water (drinking, mineral, thermal), etc. as well as our
many years of successful experience in several countries and our capabilities in
performance of works according to the "turnkey" system. On this occasion, we would like to thank Mr. Anton Korobkin, Head of Geology and Mining Department,
who led the activities until the signing of the NDA, Mr. Kirill Egorov Kirilov, Director
of Mining Projects, who signed the NDA as well as Mr. Pavel Larionov, General Director.
Here, we would like to express our satisfaction that at the end of August 28th, 2023 we signed the Contract granting the Exclusive Right of Production and Distribution of our fire-extinguishing agent to the PISHGAM company from Tehran, Iran. We especially thank to Mr. Ali Ashghar Khast and Mr. Daryush Haji
Reza, the co-owners and directors of the company, for their commitment to make
this Contract signed.
