Extraction of
Coal Lignite

Here we wish to present one of the highest possible profitable businesses. It is about two phase process of EXTRACTION of coal lignite and some types of low calorific semi-bituminous coals. This relate to the technology of extraction of useful organic substances from lignite coal and removal of the sulfur and some percentage of carbon dioxide.

At the beginning, we wish to especially highlight that this business is very useful for end users as well as highly profitable for all participants in this business. This business is possible to realize in any country where the above mentioned coals are produced and is in use in coal-fired power plants such as China, Russia USA, Poland, Germany, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela. etc. Using our two-phases extraction process, it enables, among other things, the following:

- Obtaining two very useful substances (component "A" and component "B) which have a large market applications in agriculture, pharmacy, food industry, cosmetics, and is provided with one type of useful resins;

- Elimination the free and organically bounded sulfur up to 90%, and thus reduces the emission of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) in the atmosphere as well as a certain percentage of carbon dioxide;

- Increasing the calorific value of coal extracted to achieve the same energy value, and hence less input of coal in boilers of thermal power plants;

- Smaller quantitity of ash;

- Smaller quantity of coal in transportation to final consumers;

- In accordance with the Kyoto Protocol it is very easy to sell environmental certificates that can be obtained after extraction of lignite coal due to the elimination of sulfur dioxide radiation in the atmosphere.

It is important to bear in mind that in coal lignite and some types of low calorific semi-bituminous coals, even up to 47% does not represent coal, i.e. combustible material. The above result was obtained by analysing the coal dust taken from the "Kolubara" coal mine dryer, Serbia, in a competent institute's laboratory.

The two-phase procedure consists of the chemical and biotechnological treatments.

Chemical treatment - Coal dust or milled lignite are treated with diluted chemical solutions, wherein the allocated most of the organically bound sulfur (component „A“ and component „B“ and related compounds). By this type of chemical it is not possible remove sulphidic sulfur from the lignite. The degree of removal of organically bound sulfur in this way can be up to 90%

Biotechnological treatment - It consists in the treatment of lignite by certain biological supstances under strictly defined conditions. These biological substances are affected on sulfide sulfur, and the final outcome of the process is the release of coal from sulfur in the form of sulphides. The degree of removal of the sulfide sulfur in this way can be up to 90%. By biotechnological treatment cannot be removed organically bound sulfur.

Neutral chemical products as well as biological means which are used for coal extraction are totally harmless to the environment - soil, water and air.

Our expert team is headed by prof. Branislav Simonovic, Ph.D., a distinguished Serbian expert, who has done, among other things, all kinds of coal testing for decades.

From the very beginning of our research trials we have expert support from our reputable "Institute of General and Physical Chemistry"(IOFH) from Belgrade. The expert team of IOFH accompanies us in potential business related to coal extraction.

The business is highly profitable and the positive results are quickly obtainable.
The volume of investments is as follows (excluding construction work and working capital):
